Students pay for access to online software by purchasing an 8.5 x 11 inch sheet of paper, printed with a unique code and detailed instructions describing how to use the code. We can ship either physical code sheets to a bookstore, or we can e-mail a pdf document—to be printed by the bookstore.
Codes expire at the end of each academic term. The course and term for which a code is valid appears in the upper-right corner of each code sheet. A code sheet will not be valid for a different course or a different term than is printed on that code sheet. Unsold codes may be returned, as described below, for a full refund.
To place an access code order, please call 650-948-6496 or e-mail email@example.com . We will need the following information to process your order:
1. Purchase Order Number
2. Number of Codes
3. Title of Product or ISBN number. An example of a product title is "Littlefield Technologies Access Code" or "The Supply Chain Game Access Code".
4. The professor’s name and course ID for whom you are ordering the codes—this information is required to complete an order.
5. Shipping address.
6. Billing address, if different from shipping address.
All unsold codes may be returned for a full refund. You may send unsold code sheets to our remittances address for a full refund. Refunds are issued in the form of a credit memo, unless a check is requested. If you are a bookstore chain, like Barnes and Noble or Follett, please provide the return number.
If you only have a few unsold code sheets, you may also e-mail a list of the 8-digit codes from each unsold code sheet to firstname.lastname@example.org . Be sure to include your name, phone number, and return number in your e-mail.
